Antoine Dufour
With five albums of original material released to critical acclaim, two live performance DVDs, and more than 30 million views on YouTube, Antoine Dufour has emerged as a young star of fingerstyle acoustic guitar, building a worldwide reputation for innovation and creativity. Antoine has toured across Canada, Europe, and the USA with other artists such as Don Ross and Andy McKee. In addition, Antoine has performed at major festivals such as The Montreal International Jazz Festival and the Canadian Guitar Festival
Antoine won the first place at the Canadian Guitar Festival competition and has held seminars, workshops and master classes as part of his tour schedule.
His fans have recorded countless covers of his music on YouTube and his fan base is as loyal and ravenous to see him perform as any artist out there today.

Antoine Dufour : Sound Pictures
Solo Acoustic Guitar
Antoine Dufour's fifth solo CD, Sound Pictures, starts off with a new original composition "These Moments" which has a killer groove and melody that is always front & center. The next track, Spiritual Groove is a live solo version of his composition that sounds better than on his earlier recordings. "Midwestern Expansion" is a piano duet track with Brad Hoyt that sounds great and the piano is perfect compliment. "Solitude" and "Glimmer of Hope" are both solo versions of these compostions and again to my ears, sound better than the earlier recordings.

Solo Acoustic Guitar
Antoine Dufour's forth solo CD, Convergences, moves forward where his last CD, Existence left off. Dufour's style continues to develop, bounded only by his imagination and his technical dexterity. As he says, Convergences "Is his attempt to develop songs influenced by some of his favorite artists and bands and make them into his own."
