The official release of this concert, recorded November, 2007 in Toronto at The Glenn Gould Studio Theater is now available
The concert at the Glen Gould Studio was a lot of things: it was a bonafide concert presentation to a sold-out house; it was a recording session; an opportunity to make a guerilla-style DVD; it was to be a radio broadcast and podcast; it marked the first business venture with my brother and his company, Gripworks; it was a chance to perform some songs we haven't played for a long time and play some others with different arrangements; it was the realization of a long-held dream of mine to sing with strings on-stage; and it was also somehow about endings.
Whatever it was to be, it would happen in one night, in one place, in one take.
Folk / Alternative
Almost a solo accoustic recording. That was the idea, but a number of the tracks have gh on electric and Gary Craig joins in on almost half the recording which took place over 3 days in October, 2008. Just a couple of microphones in the room that you see to the left here and that's it– a raw and honest capturing of the songs.

This latest studio recording (2007) features Gregory along with Gary Craig, George Koller, Jonathan Goldsmith and guests Serena Ryder, Paul Reddick and Kurt Swinghammer.

"Gregory's debut solo outing is a superb effort, with some extremely strong music. Whatever your musical taste, there's sure to be something here to enjoy.” - Heard –International Releases
“His voice is haunting throughout and his lyrics speak of the hard lessons he has obviously learned over the last decade. The King Of Good Intentions is a welcome re-introduction to this gifted Canadian songwriter.” - Jason Shneider Echo weekly
