This CD is Jack West's first recording for Ahead Behind Music and features him in a completely solo setting. All tunes are solo steel string acoustic guitar with no overdubs. It was recorded live to 2-track DAT in 1995. The album contains many of the same compositional elements as Continuum minus the ensemble orchestration. The tunes vary from introspective ballads to more up tempo, string-popping acoustic "muscle" tunes.
